"REMOVE" in the subject header, or to click the "EasyUnsubscribe" link at the very bottom of a mailing, and then on the page you will be sent to, click the "Unsubscribe" button or a button that may appear beneath it, "Unsubscribe From All". It is possible this customer subscribed to both of our mailing lists and while having successfully unsubscribing from one, didn't realize there were 2 (Surveys and Quizzes and our other list, Surveys and Tests. Only a small percentage of customers opt to sign up for both, but some do). I sincerely hope this helps.
