HORRIBLE company! They not only went through our things, opened boxes and switched out items, but stole and damaged 90% of our household belongings. First, They used 1 guy to load our household goods taking 2 DAYS, left to go to a truck stop and sleep after 9 hrs loading to go sleep leaving truck unlocked on our street overnight. Next day loaded without wrapping one item, did not have any packing tape so they used duct tape for beds. Broke things right in front of us and dropped hardware all over the yard to our beds and table, but this is not the worst part. They ran out of gas upon leaving and we had to take them to get gas with our cans. They were to deliver all our belongings on August 20th did not show up until Sept 3rd and when they opened the truck door water POURED out of the truck. ALL our belongs were wet and covered with mold. They had taken it all to Florida where it sat for over 22 days on their truck. They did not even show up with all our stuff and when government inspectors when to inspect the damage at their warehouse of what they still had (after denying them access for 2 weeks) they had opened and switched out all the wet mold boxes with new moving boxes and the inventory stickers taped on our just written. Most stuff just disappeared and are not in the boxes that we packed and SEALED SHUT. They even opened security sealed items of DVD's, CD's and picked through them. They used other peoples belongings to show inspectors saying it was ours and when inspectors showed us the pictures none of it was our stuff! When we opened the boxes we finally got back in LATE OCTOBER they were still dripping wet inside the middle of the box with dry stuff around it and covered with mold. The smell was so horrific our couches, mattresses, chairs were denied to enter our home by quality control due to mold growing on them. Hutley kept (STOLE) our 47" flat screen TV, mattress, over 20 boxes, bookcases and tools. The company who hired Hutley as the driver is in the process of claims for our things. It is now NOVEMBER and everything we own that was upholstered or cloth was deemed a loss and all our wood furniture is at a local warehouse still being cleaned by disaster mold cleaners of all the mold before they can deem them a loss or returnable into our home safely. We are a military family and this was a government paid move of our things from door to door and it is now 3 months and we still do not have our furniture. This has been deemed one of the worst moves amongst the military. The driver Derrick also lied about the weight of the shipment and refused to do a reweigh when asked by transportation. Not only do they lie and steal but they are unethical and uncaring. The driver just shrugged his shoulders and said "yeah I had a leak" when quality control looked at him in shock as water poured out of his truck. If I can help anyone from ever going through this horrific event I will do whatever it takes to spread the word. They should not even be in business and they LIE ON THEIR WEBSITE saying they are approved by Revdex.com. They are NOT.
