Hutson inc. and John Deere have made several attempts to resolve the brake issue on the 5075E tractor purchased by [redacted]. Hutson worked on the brake issues in Feb, Mar, and April, 2015. The service technician in April stated at the end of the repair that both left and right brakes were...

functioning properly. 
Due to this new complaint, Hutson and John Deere have determined that the customer will not be satisfied with the product and future repair would be fruitless, We have contacted the customer and come to an agreement for Hutson to purchase the tractor back from Mr. [redacted]. The tractor is being picked up today and payment to the customer is being made as well. Hutson regrets that Mr. [redacted] had problems with the tractor and felt Hutson was not providing excellent customer service. John Deere and Hutson, Inc. thrive to provide an exceptional product and excellent service for EVERY customer. We wish Mr. [redacted] well and hope he is satisfied with the resolution.
