Well I'm going to reject your answer because *** *** you went to their website you talk to those people at that company you verified the color on the website signed for the color gave us a deposit so you still chose a color and you verified it I will not be responding to anymore letters or complaints from you on this matter I'm just going to upload the documentation where you sign for the product the company from the product the emails that you talked to the people at that company that you chose the color from thank you have a nice day

I am rejecting this response because: We did not receive a color chart from salesman because he switched metal suppler at last minute via phone call, not in person. Also we talked about snow guards in contract but [redacted] for some reason tore up first contract and rewrote it. About signing off on completion of contract, my wife signed document but she was not on contract as I was at hospital.

As per Est that they signed for as is repairs no warranties was walked thru the repairs with tech and salesman at the time of services and signed for as is repairs on the roof with a total ln/ft. With date of completion and satisfaction for the as is repairs. Was contacted after we...

were notified of additional leaks, that were not in the scope of the est. and what was not pointed out by owner the day of as is services rendered. Owner also stated that were and what we had fixed did not leak on the phone to me, but there were new leaks.  Salesman went to store to an talked to owner for Est for additional work if he wanted it done. please see Est for repairs.  I also contacted owner about this matter.  If they want more work done all they have to do is call us and we can give them an Est.  Will upload documents for services rendered and date of completion/satisfactionNo further Action we be taking by this company on this matter.  Thank You [redacted]I

Homeowners signed for colors to be purchased from [redacted] color samples theses are special order  and it is a requirement to do so to proceed which they did  with confirmation  and deposits.  also a discount was giving already to be nice.  and satisfactions of completions...

 were signed off on there will be no refunds 10% or anything .   Snow guards were never part of the contract we also had given them the opportunity to purchase them from us will upload all documentation that supports thisall work to be in righting as always in our contracts.  This has been explained numerous times.
