The vehicle has since been delivered to the customer with no issue Any documents he requested are available and or were provided to him A portion of the customers rental was covered by the repair facility

Customer was contacted and given his twenty dollar refund he requested However nothing the shop did was incorrect and all was documented The tires on the vehicle were a safety hazard and would not pass a new york state inspection The tire did blow out in the shop which was also captured on CCV

The customer has been contacted by our district manager As of yet we have not gotten any response We will continue to follow up with him

schedule to be done on 03/04/That same day (03/04/15) I received a phone call after receiving the text message saying it would be ready that day from H&V Collision saying they were behind on schedule because of so many other vehicles that had to be repaired as well and it wouldn't be ready until March 20, or laterAt that time I told them I was coming to get my car because it was drivable and taking it somewhere elseI work full time Monday-Friday 8-4pmI had made arrangements up until 03/04/I had no arrangements made after that dateThey suggested a rental car which the cheapest one would be $a dayI cannot afford thatAfter telling them I was on my way to come get my car to take it to another garage, they told me with $deposit I would be able to use an enterprise rental care from 03/04/until my car repairs are completedThey asked me if they could ship me car to an H&V Collision place that was less busy and repairs would be done fasterToday I received another text message saying the earliest it would be done would still be 03/20/I have been without a vehicle for months almostI want to be compensated for my aggravation and trouble this has cause meMy bumper was hit outside of work while parkedI didn't notice it until I came out to get into my carThis did not occur during the accident I hadI would like them to fix this for free or compensate me in some wayI have children and have to cancel things they had planned on the weekends because of having no vehicleIt really has been a huge inconvenienceI can't even run to the grocery store to buy food without taking the busEveryone I have talked to says two plus months is a ridiculous amount of time for a garage to repair a car no matter how severe the damageAnd most of all I'm upset I was told all along for a month it would be ready on 03/04/to be picked upThen on that exact date they call to tell me they are running behind and it's not going to be ready until 03/20/the earliestWho knows it may even be longer than thatI wanted to be compensated in some way whether they repair the minor scratch on my bumper or provide me with a gas card or somethingI feel like my trouble is at least worth thatBut to clarify the scratch on my bumper did not happen during the accident I originally brought my car to H&V Collision to repair. I recently had my [redacted] repaired at H&V Collision Center in Saratoga Springs, NY. I couldn't be happier with the results, the body work was excellent. The paint looks like factory. H&V had been recommended to me from a [redacted] Agent (friend), my [redacted] adjuster and (2) co-workers. The [redacted] Agent told me that the painter makes or breaks the job and the paint is outstanding. The experience was very professional, I was told how the repair would proceed, given a detailed material and labor list. I worked with Brendan and Amber, both kept me up to date on the progress and if something changed from the initial explanation I was informed. H&V arranged and paid for a rental. My truck was washed and dried (no water spots) and Brendan & I gave it a good look when I picked it up. H&V was very concerned with my satisfaction! If ever I need bodywork again it's going to Saratoga Springs H&V Collision.

be picked up by March 4, 2015 at 1:00pm. I received daily texts messages from them telling me my car was right on schedule to be done on 03/04/15. That same day (03/04/15) I received a phone call after receiving the text message saying it would be ready that day from H&V Collision saying they were behind on schedule because of so many other vehicles that had to be repaired as well and it wouldn't be ready until March 20, 2015 or later.
