Jim came out and assessed our ac unit because it was not keeping cool enough in the house. Come to find out there was a leak which was causing it to loose the refrigerant. He mentioned because our unit was almost 15 years old that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace the AC unit vs repair. He was very in depth about the old unit as well the new Payne AC he installed. Plus I like this one as it is smaller. Thank you so much. I could not be happier on how quite this thing is.
