We purchased an AC unit from HVAC Service, Incon June,6,with years labor and parts warrantyOn September 1,2017,my AC stopped workingI called the service number [redacted] and requested to have someone to come in and fix the ACThe lady who named Vicki told me that they are no longer have service department and told me to call someone elseI told her I still have the warrantyShe denied every thing and claimed there is only one year warrantyBut we have the invoice that printed: years labor and parts Warranty
