Thank you Revdex.com for you assistance. As I stated before, I clearly hit a brick wall in asking for consideration of a FAIR resolution to the situation. I expected a stock response that Entergy gives whenever they refuse to take responsibility for poor service. And I quote:"Sometimes when there are isolated cases such as transformers serving one-two customers that customer may be the last to receive power as illustrated on the attached diagram. An insurance adjuster is used to examine claims to make sure all cases are examined fairly." Two words: YEAH RIGHT! And the last word from the investigator was that she would be in contact with my by phone as soon as she investigates further....I'm still waiting on that call! Actually, I'm not because I knew a lie when I hear one. Anyway, thanks again Revdex.com. I understand that you cannot make a company do right by a customer, only mediate. I'll let God handle wrongdoers.

We been unable to reach the customer by the phone indicated on the complaint...

a message was left but call not returned.  The first call to report the an outage always provide a 2 hour estimation window. We would like to thank the customer for the feedback, because it did help us to identify a problem with the communication on the second estimated time.  Please know we value feedback to help with improvements and identify other issues that may be going on.   Thank you again.

Our apology to the customer regarding the automated calls and text messages that she may have been receiving.  We assure you we have been working diligently to resolve this matter.  The account is manually protected to avoid disconnection until the arrangements are made, we were...

unaware that messages would be generated and this has now been corrected.  The account has been billed correctly and there are no other adjustments to be made to the account. The account was billing incorrectly for 9 months and 6 months were forgiven.  [redacted] is in the corporate office and the customer has her direct phone number if further assistance is required.

The customer was contacted regarding the fax received advised it was not legible and to re-fax the information to the same fax number.

Entergy dropped the deposit down from $2,100.00 to $200.00, which is much more reasonable. This really should be a common practice with the electrical companies, and should not require us to escalate to an outside source to help resolve. But I do thank you Revdex.com for being there to help all of us consumers have businesses treat their customers in the manner that they should.

The customer has been contacted and advised $40 was removed 7/15/15 as a courtesy. A letter was received from the customer's bank however the letter did not include information needed to remove another $40.  The customer was contacted again and advised what is needed from the bank to...

remove the second $40 and to submit the correct letter once she receives it.

I am rejecting this response because:
Although I understand the need to cut trees close to power lines and accept this, what they did was cut hedgerows to the ground which were my fences and security to the land. I was not informed of this pending working prior to it's onset as is required by the company. I understand they believe they have the right to do this, but my understand is that they need either an existing easement, or a permit, and after checking with the local chancery in [redacted], there was neither to be found. All I am wanting is for them to put up a fence whereas no one can drive onto my land as it was previously. Now if they are not willing to do this then I will make a law suit against them I do not have an issue with doing this. I prefer not to do this and give them the opportunity to put the situation right, however if the next response is not favorable then this will be my course of action thank you.
