This credit union is nothing but crooked! Two and half years ago, we were in a crunch, needed a vehicle, got financed thru herenot only was rate high, they love to add lender insurance to the loan every 4-months, doesn't matter if you have your own auto insurance, loan amount was raised three times to a lil more than a hundred dollars onto the payment per month! We sent letters, faxes showing insurance! I'm pretty sure someone in that organization has connections to a insurance company, not too mention the blonde haired female is beyond rude!!! Do not do business with them!!

We are very regretful that the customer is not satisfiedThe amount that she was charged was for freon for units which she definitely DID agreed to because the units were not cooling well.Secondly, regarding the unit that was not operating at all, what has been omitted from her complaint is that she is our customer through her warranty companyThe part that she is waiting for must be approved of and supplied by her warranty companyWe are more than willing to contact the customer to work out an immediate solutionWe are also willing to contact the warranty company on her behalfIt is worthy to note that her warranty company is fully responsible for orchestrating the completion of this repairWe simply need direction from the warranty company as to what they would like us to do to bring this to completion We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are willing to do complete the repair immediately with the proper authorization from the warranty company Once they have been conferred with by the customer, we can move forward Please ask the customer to to contact us to bring this to a resolution that she is satisfied with We will accommodate her in any way we can Thank you

I am sorry that the customer was dissatisfiedI want to reiterate that we would have never added freon to a system that did not need it and we would have never done it without a customer's consent We are not in the business of trying to take advantage of our customersFurther to that, because of the EPA phasing out of r-22, the $per pound price she had paid in the past is a distant memory R-is far more costly than that presently because it is now illegal due to negative environmental effects and there will be no more manufacturedIt's simply a supply and demand issue and we are definitely not overcharging for itThat is market priceThat is easily researchable for verificationWe are willing to refund the customer $for her inconvenience and offer our apologies

The technician put freon in two air conditioning units that WERE WORKING.  I did not request the freon.  Furthermore, he overcharged me for the freon that he put in. He charged $100 per pound instead of the normal $40 per pound, knowingly trying to rip me off.It should not have taken 25 days for him to figure out the parts needed and not get approval from warranty company.I submit this Hvac repair company does not know what it is doing, and takes advantage of unsuspecting customers by overcharging for freon. Shame on them.My air conditioner was left disassembled outside for 25 days and never repaired.Filling two working units with freon that was not requested is a dishonest practice.I should at least be refunded the $800 for unrequested and overpriced freon.

she is our customer through her warranty company. The part that she is waiting for must be approved of and supplied by her warranty company. We are more than willing to contact the customer to work out an immediate solution. We are also willing to contact the warranty company on her behalf. It is worthy to note that her warranty company is fully responsible for orchestrating the completion of this repair. We simply need direction from the warranty company as to what they would like us to do to bring this to completion.   We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are willing to do complete the repair immediately with the proper authorization from the warranty company.  Once they have been conferred with by the customer, we can move forward.  Please ask the customer to to contact us to bring this to a resolution that she is satisfied with.  We will accommodate her in any way we can   Thank you
