We responded to the written request by a personal phone call immediately after we received the letterWe were, and still are, very sorry that the customer is unhappy with his fan and we offered a full refund on all products returned to us in our response to himWe are unable to honor the request for warranty due to the inability to find any mechanical issue with the fan that would cause it to be noisier than anticipated outside of the acoustics of the house and installationReplacing components of the product will not change those external factors that are outside of our controlThe temperature sensor was tested by a second sensor on site that is rated at being less accurate and still found to be within the temperature range in all casesWe will issue a refund for the temperature sensor without the return in a gesture of good will, and the offer of a full refund upon return of the entire unit is still available to the customer through the end of this year.We take any complaints against our product or customer service very seriouslyPlease contact us directly at [redacted] with any remaining concerns

We are working with *** to get replacements sent, at current they only have one piece in stock so one will ship right away and the other when *** gets more stock

The manufacturer of this pump had a misprint that tubing was included which got copied onto our site As soon as the gentleman pointed out the error we corrected the text on the websiteWe are sorry he had to wait on hold initially but we had to verify in the warehouse what happened before we
could respond to his call It takes a few minutes to run back to the warehouse
We tried calling the gentleman back to figure out a solution but he was not picking up the phone nor returning the calls
Offered solutions are:
Full refund of the order$credit so he can purchase some tubing locally This is clear plastic tubing that is available at any hardware shore or Home Depot Cost should be well under $
The manufacturer does not have any tubing to send as this pump is not offered with tubing
The customer is not responding to our calls making a resolution difficult We are going to try calling again
Please advise what we can do, as we are stumped

Thank you for your help.  I read the merchant response and gave them a call.  I talked to [redacted] again. I told them option #2 ($10 to buy me own tubing) would be acceptable.
I assume they will credit my Visa.
One thing I noticed in their response is that they tried to contact me.  They never did.  My smartphone is with me at all times and there was no follow up by them ever.
