The customer complained about the sesame beef being composed of only flour and no beef. Well I don't know when the customer ordered or anything about being notified about the customer's complaint. It is highly unlikely that our sesame beef only contained flour. This is because we picked the beefs...

and then put them in a container and then mixed with flour.So, it is nearly impossible that beef would not be present or too little. Now,it might been the old cashier who left already, but the cashier never notified me about it. Had the cashier notified, maybe we might have checked to see if the customer's claim is true and resolve the problem by making another order of it. I have already apologized to the customer if there was any misunderstanding that might have happen.
