In response to this complaint I have enclosed a copy of the contractI showed the tub specifications and with the owner I went over dimensions of units on premises in bathrooms on walls and floors, When units were to be installed he then stated after visually seeing the unit he wanted bigger side units due to his children's heightI was there with men and his demolition man to go over the increase of opening the door frame and floor for the larger unitsI was fortunate to get different units from a different supplier immediatelyHe also requested a pressure balance faucet (now total)My difference in price was for difference in tub prices, extra labor, pick up of tub and installation of 2nd faucetI was very fairContract was for $2, Paid 11/13/$1, Paid 11/20/SOwes $(this is for the difference in tub prices, extra labor, pick up of tub, and installation of 2nd faucet)Sincerely, Henry BPresident H.WBRYK & SONS, INC
