"ID # [redacted] In regards to the complaint from Brooklyn Hooker I offered for her to bring the car down after the first time the transmission acted up it was about miles from my location so I could have my shop look at it before itWhich was roughly weeks from the date of sale as I do not offer a warranty but I do sell extended warrantys that are posted on my counter and front doors I try not to leave anyone strandedAfter another week and a half went by Ms Hooker called again and stated the transmission slipped about another week later, being it was not brought to me so I could address it the first time I said it would be hard to do much not knowing her driving conditions since we had snow and warm so there was mud as well, I did state that I could help her find the cheapest parts and labor and possibly kick in some towards the part, again a few weeks went by she never got it to me like she had said so I figured it was not broke or she delt with the matter on her own the car was only on my lot for less than a week and was in perfect operating condition when it left.Luke [redacted] Hwy auto sales [redacted]
