Review: There were conditions that were not disclosed upon purchase of the vehicle. The next day I called them to inform them of the other handful of issues with the car that were not in the paperwork nor spoke of, and they actually hung up a few different times and eventually when I talked to them again [redacted] ( [redacted]), told me that she will get a hold of the mechanic that inspected the vehicle not being clear with the name of the mechanic. I've contacted them about 5 times to solve the situation and they agreed to have the inspecting mechanic call me and set up an appointment. The mechanic hasn't called and its been 4 to 5 days since I last talked to to the sales owner. I would like to add that not once have they contacted me I had to call them every time.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the vehicle fixed by someone trustworthy and professional, at the expense of the sales owner.

I am writing in response to a customer complaint ID########.

I have read the complaint and the person complaining is not the same person who purchased the car. I don't know who this person is, but I couldn't understand him on the phone, so I asked the mechanic on duty to talk to him. This was once and not several times as stated in the complaint.

The actual person who purchased the vehicle is [redacted]. I explained to him the tail lights were inoperative and that is was an electrical problem and not simply tail light bulbs. This is stated in the disclosure and also the purchase contract. [redacted] wanted to fix the problem himself if I would drop $450 off the selling price, which made the purchase price of the car $1850.

He did sign both forms that he was aware of the problem.

Again I am writing in response to customer complaint [redacted].

Once again I am stating that the electrical problem was explained to [redacted]. He understood this and signed the buyers guide and also the purchase contract which was also in writing explaining the problem. [redacted] asked that I reduce the asking price by $450 and let him fix the problem himself which I agreed to . He is stating there are missing fuses, I have tried calling him repeatedly to explain this to me, but I do not get a response. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was finally able to see the response as of today after trying another computer. I seen that she said she dropped the price by $450 dollars. The price was already $1,900 by the time I even seen the car or considered buying it. By the end of the deal I asked if they will do $1,825 and she said 1,850 is the lowest she can go. So she only agreed to lower the price by $50. Not $450. I am not making a complaint about the steering column electrical problem. I am making the complaint about the horn fuse missing, the alarm system that you can't turn off when you unlock the driver side door, and the inside rear view mirror lamp. I also was not aware that the fuse box had wires connecting to other fuses for power unprofessionally which didn't work anyway. I will look forward to her call back in response to my voice mail message.
