I ordered a case of lotion. I received confirmation of order and shipping notification. Order placed on February 7. Order shipped email tracking This package never shipped. Called to check USPS. Never delivered to shipping office. Called HyGrade Distributing LLC at I just get recording that mailbox is full and can’t leave a message. Tried emailing but got no reply. $107.65 plus 6.00 shipping was paid out of my debit card.
