Hy-Pro Heating & Cooling

I called Hy-Pro 1/weeks previous and made an appointment to have a gas line run for a dryer On the day they were to show up I received a call to say they had an emergency call and could not say when they would arrive I was reasonable and told them we were home all day and all I cared about was having a dryer for the weekend
An hour later I received another call Their excuse this time was that an employee had a fall, no idea how serious it was, but it meant they would not be installing my gas line as scheduled *** Apparently the whole company runs on guys and they have no one else to deal with the little customers I need to stop writing here because my next sentence will be full of "not nice words" to describe my level of satisfaction with my "customer service experience"
