I called in for someone to come out and check what is the issue with my water heater as it is not workingThey gave me a hour window from 4-and told me that there is a free estimate for someone to come out and if there is anything to fix then I will be charged for thatAt 6:I received a call from the plumber who was very rude to start and not friendly at all telling me that for him to come out he will charge me $165!!! So where is the free estimate I asked, he said this is my free estimate that you will be charge $$ for me to come out for a diagnostic! I said this is then a charge for the estimate since you didn't even come out and want to charge me and might not even be able to fix whatever issue there might beHe said this is what it is and yes he might not be able to fix anything but I would still be chargedI said at least if you would have called me earlier so I could call other places, he said "well you are lucky I even called"!!!
