Review: A previously filed complaint shows this had been litigated in court. It has not been against the Business. But will be at a later date. Business address is incorrect as it is [redacted]. The address this business is listed under is inaccurate. Again the business was terminated from the [redacted] in December 2013 and continued to operate once moving to [redacted]. The owner continued to do business while termiated and make contracts for restoration and collision repair. The owner in my opinion acted fraudulently by doing this. We were promised a turn key deal in the restoration, meaning a completed vehicle. The business promised a refund of work that was not completed and that has not happened.Desired Settlement: Refund of items not completed and for business to be investigated for fraud.

Already refunded them $500 for the interior work not completed, gave them a set of seats valued at $200 and offered an additional $700 for the interior work not completed and he refused the additional $700.

The Business was given more money than $7500 and claims to have reportedly offered a refund, but has not.Estimates for the interior are $2500 to be completed. Not to mention a recorded message stating the upholstry work of entire vehicle was done in [redacted] and it looked great the seats included. Only to find out the owner of the business was being dishonest and nothing had been done.And the seats thrown in from a salvage yard. No door panels, console or carpet was in or had ever been in vehicle as claimed. Lets talk about the air condition as promised and front end alignment in writing. Not done. The amount owed is $3169. The owner of this supposed business knows what was said and agreed too. He also knows this vehicle in question disappeared for 8 months only to arrive back at his shop in March of 2014. There will be more complaints from others to come as this seems to be a pattern with the supposed owner. And the lifetime warranty of all work? Shall I go on? A vehicle with wiring and electrical problems, engine problems leaking glass seals. This business fraudulently makes contracts , accepts money does some work and claims to be a legitimate business that has been terminated as of 12\2013. I have contracts voice recordings text messages that dont lie.

I refunded you $500.00 and gave two seats at a value of $200.00 for the interior work not done and tried refunding an additional $700.00 that you refused. You were quoted $1400.00 for the interior work. I am willing to reimburse you the $112.20 for A/C charging and $68.75 for the front end alignment. The front bumper was not in our contract, I have already replaced the headlights at my expense, and you have the coil over shocks in your possession. If you accept the offer of $880.95 I will get a money order and mail it to you.

Do you have a receipt of the $500.00 refund you say I received? The seats you speak of, do not fit and will not allow for a console which was to be installed in the truck per our agreement. You where told this several times. Where is estimate you personally got for the interior? That you stated was already being done and there was a problem with the pattern or design in seats. Where's the carpet, console, door panels, sound proof barrier? Or proof that it was being installed. Is it in [redacted] ? Would you like a written statement of why the interior is $2500.00 from [redacted]? I've provided that. I gave you money as the contracts stated for a turnkey deal. Did you really talk to [redacted]'s about this particular vehicle and doing the interior? The owners of all upholstery shops I have asked for estimates have told me this is how you conduct business. They refuse to do work for you because of your dishonesty and how you promise customers things for what ever reason and cant deliver in good faith a completed project. Yet you took my money for it. Can we be honest? The estimate is for the FULL interior installation. Not 2 seats you got at a salvage yard. You paid 7 bucks for the headlight and know full well I travelled to Charlotte NC as I did for many of the parts for the truck and to get the LED headlights in question. They have since blown, again due to the faulty wiring (harness) on the vehicle. The coil over springs? Where are they at? Lost in the move from the other shop? Thanks for at least finally agreeing to the ac charging and front end alignment as you have agreed to previously also. But you are way of on the price of settling this particular complaint.
