I received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding complaint ***I have responded by speaking to the customer about the mail he received and told him we will take him off the mailing list as well as any future email campaigns we will runI apologized to Mr*** *** for the
computer issue that said he owed money on his current vehicle as the software we use showed he did owe money even though he had paid the vehicle offHe understood the error that was made and I expressed our deepest apologies for the inconvenience

The business's response that this is a "computer issue" is a complete cop-out. It is management's duty to know what is in the database that they are using. They now admit that they know the database is inaccurate and that I don't owe them money, yet they continue to use it. I did receive a call with an apology but blaming the problem on the computer program. Another promise to take me off the list. Subsequently I have been RECEIVING EMAILS WITH THE ORIGINAL CLAIM THAT WE HAVE AN OUTSTANDING LOAN WITH THEM. Either the management is incredibly inept or they just don't care. This has been going on for months now and it has to stop.?

Hi, On Monday the 19th, *** received a call from *** *** about the leak that had been corrected months ago by sending it to the *** dealer to have factory work done to it She was satisfied for months During this call she yelled and threatened us
with a call to the Revdex.com, even though *** advised that it wasn’t the best course of action. Rather, he suggested that she bring the car in for us to look at. She refused to do so We would be more than happy to help out with this issue, but the customer has been challenging every step of the way. Best,

[redacted] has been nasty since DAY ONE as well as other but one that work for him, he tries to intimidate a woman this car has NEVER been fixed and I asked his partner for it to be written on the report MONTHS AGO I called the minute it rained again and happened again HE KEEPS TELLING ME WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!! I have been challenging try purchasing a car for this amount of money and dealing with him his place if business and this lemon of a [redacted] which I will make sure is noted everywhere if this is not resolved shortly!

[redacted]This is a TOTAL LIE he NEVER gave me a rental car ask for a receipt for it! After three times I was told in the very beginning if still leaking it was under the Lemon Law which I will contact the Attorney Generals Office again since I did day one, he offered to take the car back, I offered to try and fix it and it has NEVER been fixed once I also have Norman on tape saying he was notating my file in Feb saying the LEAK WAS STILL PRESENT!  The car has been brought in four times many times double due to having to them pick it up again and the very first time his employees went thru my packages in the backseat that were presents for my family as well! I have been thru HELL with this car and him since day one of what should have been the happiest experience purchasing a new car! This car and Hyannis Honda are both lemons and I am not accepting my car in the same condition of disrepair and trying to pass of lemon cars to honest hardworking customers on cape cod!

Re: Complaint #[redacted] [redacted]’s Vehicle is covered under it’s original factory warranty through [redacted].  The last time Hyannis Honda was involved in a repair to the vehicle (Last February) we had her drop it off to us, we gave her a rental car at no charge for goodwill and arranged for the [redacted] to be repaired at [redacted] under it’s factory warranty.  Since that time we have suggested that she take the car back to [redacted] for the warranty repair at no charge to her.  I also believe we have offered to bring it to [redacted] for her.  We remain committed to seeing that the leak in the [redacted]’s roof is resolved howeverunless the [redacted] is brought to the [redacted] Dealer during the warranty period it cannot be repaired.  An alternative to dealing with [redacted] would be [redacted] in our service department who is familiar with your vehicle.
