advised customer that salt was used as a snow and or ice inhibitor. We enclose an advisory letter with every contract not to us any salt or salt products to control ice/snow which she initialed. We have a copy on file if you need to see. We don't know if customer or maybe her neighbor is responsible. However, we have an appointment with customer to review work and try to resolve to both our satisfaction. Also, please note ID#[redacted] is for the same customer and complaint.

Lenny did contact me after reading my complaint to the Revdex.com. He said he would come to my house sometime in the near future when it was dry out. Hopefully next week, to view the problem,when weather should moderate & I will,be available. I will call him to set a time &'date convenient to both of us! Until we resolve the problem I can't acccept that the complaint was solved.
