Review: I stayed at the Hyatt May 24th-26th and used my [redacted] debit card for incidentals. During my stay I found my room to be unsatisfactory, I made a complaint which wasn't handled properly. Due to the poor condition of my room I was told that I would not be charged for the breakfast or parking fees. Upon cheaking out, I asked for a settled bill and the front desk employee told me that wasn't necessary because my bill was paid in full. On May 27th I checked my bank account and noticed I'd been charged $100, I called the Hyatt immediately and they issued a credit which took two days. AT this time I confirmed that I should not have been charged and this was an error on their part. The account that they were withdrawing money if my bank [redacted] checking account. Next on June 2nd I noticed that I had been credited $85.94 twice, but also charged $85.94 four times. I called the Hyatt on June 6th to resolve the issue, but I was told by the operater he needed more information. I explained to him that the funds were coming from my checking account and causing me to has insuffienct funds for my montly bills. On June 9th, the customer rep returned my calls and the issue still hadb't been resolved. Today is June 10th and I still haven't been issued a credit.Desired Settlement: I would like the Hyatt to refund all the additional charges, stop processing payments on my [redacted] card, and issue me some type of complimentary service for the damages I experienced due to multiple charges on my account.
