Review: I bought two tickets to a new years eve event. Only one ticket was actually used they refuse to issue a refund for the unused ticket.

The “non-refundable” note is at the bottom of the page. As I also mentioned, Mr. [redacted] informed us on 1/2/14 that his partner was unable to attend the event on 12/31/13 and would like a refund. The tickets are non-refundable but refunding after the event eliminates any opportunity to resell that ticket.

I am rejecting this response because: It's called "Theft" You people have no reason what-so-ever to take my monies like that and just keep them.that's the same as criminals who steal for a living because i'm not giving you permission to keep my monies.You guys need to change your policy.

Review: Horrible customer service. Charged my corporate card for a colleague without my signed authorization, but refused to provide me with a receipt or guest folio.Desired Settlement: Do their due diligence when charging a corporate credit card or if the guest name does not match the name on the credit card.

Consumer states: The person that used the card was my employee and the name on the card was our company name. I wanted to get confirmation of this for tax purposes. The company refused to provide me with the receipt after explaining this to them. I was able to have the employee contact the business and get the receipt for me so in the end I did receive the receipt.
