Hyatt Summerfield Suites Hotel

I made a reservation at the hotel hyatt house Miami Airport. Upon check in I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel was full and my reservation could not be confirmed. I was accommodated to other lower quality hotel. Terrible service from the Hyatt House. In addition, the customer service Hyatt confirmed to me, by email, the booking was confirmed. I showed the confirmation email to the attendant, but she did nothing. I want the amount I paid back.
