Hybrid 911 Battery Repair

Hello repliying to this email regarding a customer complaint do to a battery that I told him it was holding by a tread ....I told customer bring it back to me he complaint said dnt call or text me no more ill have Revdex.com contact you...this customer told me a sad story for me to fix his car at the lowest price which I did he knew his car battery was bad & I told him if I cant fix it you need a new one he said do what you have to do cuz im on a fix income & my friend sold me a lemon ....after he left I didnt hear from him so I taught it came out good ...later that night he text saying I hope you cant sleep and I didnt reply till morning telling come bring me the car back.I offer to give him his money back if he came & sign something he didnt want too come then he came & jst treating to close my shop ....So as that said hes my first customer complaint I have never done a Revdex.com complaint so dnt know what to do from here ...thank you [redacted] ..ps I have all texting save

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 
FINALLY THEY IGNORE YOU FOR A MONTH 
auto was scanned for about 30 minutes before they determine that they could fix it, they found 2 cell that were bad #2 and #6 , [redacted] asked his supervisor to look at at the scanner they did a few more checks and concluded that they could do it for $450.00 but I had to leave it, I stayed and saw everything they were doing . In my opinion they didn't have good replacement cellls, the first 2 they installed they label, they took the car for ran, when they came back [redacted]  took one of the 2 cells they installed and said didn't work, they installed another cell I think it was my bad cell because they didn't have any cells (i heard them talking) they came back and they did it again make it look like they were replacing another cell, they checked came back a and said is good , I paid them . I drove for 5 minutes
and the warning lights came on,  I called [redacted] he said bring it back we will see what happen I told him I didn't have any more money he said don't worry may be one of the new cells failed.
 
by this time time it looks like they replaced 3 cells. they took my money knowing the car was going to fail and I was set up to pay for more cells ( you have seen the receipt).
 
I drove back and left the car at their shop . 
 
was not ready on saturday, monday I couldn't go, on tuesday I was there picked up the car they said it was ready I drove out and same thing happen 5 minutes out and warning lights came on.
 
that night after thinking and speaking with family members I sent them a text message (see Attached)....they  next morning they wanted to return the money but I had to sign something ( I had no transportation and was not felling well. I am 59 years old with a few heath problems)
they also offered  to bring the money to my house, (i live in a Senior trailer park and I was not felling well and didn't want to get into a confrontation with this people I could't trust them any more).
 
the best proof is the car, there we can see what they did.
 
I also file a complaint with the Bureau Of Automotive Repair I spoke with Mr. [redacted] he said that their business is not registered to operate in California and that they are in violation of the law for taking my money.
 
I will also going to file a claim with Small Claims Department against Mr. [redacted]

Review: [redacted] check 02 toyota prius battery with a scanner found 2 bad cells, they were running a special $450.00 30 days warranty.they replaced the 1st 2 but they didn't work (may have used no good parts) they replaced a third battery (may have used a bad one again)they clear the codes, it looks like is all good they collect the money I drive 5 miles and the codes come on.I called [redacted] he says to bring it back, I took back the same day.I go back on tuesday August 19, they take the car out to check performance, they are out for 30 min. [redacted] says is ready, I drive out 5 miles and same thing happen code come on and now the brake light come on too that forces auto to stop.all this time they drive with the scanner and they know exactly what is wrong. they clear the codes it looks like everything is ok but the objective is to get me to purchase more cells.during the initial inspection with the scanner they see exactly what is wrong and they know which cells need to be replaced.Desired Settlement: have them send me a check $450.00 to my home address
