The Toyota dealership told me that I needed a new Hybrid battery at a cost of $5, I called Hybrid Battery Experts first week in September 2016, spoke to Juan, and was quoted a price that cut the dealership's in half A couple of days later, Rafael came to my location, removed the battery, tested it and found erosion He meticulously cleaned it and put everything back together and it purrs like a kitten And I was charged only half of their originally quoted price with a one year warranty on parts & labor Although I was elated, what I considered most important was the honesty and integrity that Rafael showed He could've told me anything and overcharged me and I wouldn't have know the difference In fact, many automotive businesses do just that, especially with females, that's what the Toyota dealership did But Rafael did notOn a scale of 1-10, I give a '20' to these guys and HIGHLY recommend this Company to anyone who is having difficulty with their Hybrid battery performance You will not find a Company that operates with a higher level of honesty or fairness than Hybrid Battery Experts Judy T [redacted] Jacksonville, FL

Absolutely great service and very reasonable! I recommend them all the time. Fixed my battery 1 1/2 years ago and still going strong. 809 bucks vs. $3,500.00 at the dealer. No brainer!
