*Hi I spoke with you earlier today as well as [redacted] As the customer was told from when I did the job there is no warranty on snaking they had agreed to this as I know I should have had it in writing, but my invoice folder was stolen out of my truckI had fixed the problem and showed home Owner it was fixedThey have a son that is known and they expressed to me that their son keeps throwing toys and such in the toiletI cleared it when I was thereI spoke with [redacted] today and as I don't agree I am sending him $that he agreed on as soon as he sends me an email stating he agreesI did another job when I was there I tested the water pressure on the houseAs soon as [redacted] sends me an email I will send him a check [redacted] and yourself should both be getting this emailIf you have questions feel free to call ###-###-#### THANK YOU CEO [redacted]

Review: My wife contacted [redacted] from Hybrid Plumbing. She explained to [redacted] that our 13 year old son with special needs had flushed the metal bathtub drain plug and clogged the toilet. [redacted] used an auger and worked on the toilet for about a half hour. He then explained to my wife that the toilet was fixed, but he could not guarantee the work if my son were to flush other items in the future. My wife understood and paid [redacted] the agreed $100.00. My wife asked for a receipt. [redacted] said he did not bring his "receipt" book, but he could not warranty the repair anyway for the afore mentioned reason and left. When I came home that evening, I found that the toilet would now flush, but was taking abnormally long to drain. The next day, my wife called [redacted] to tell him it was not fixed correctly. He claimed it was fixed when he left, and he could not warranty the repair. My wife explained that we had not used the toilet since the repairs. We asked him to come back and check it, and if something else other than the bathtub stopper was causing the issue, we would gladly pay him again. He eventually stopped returning her phone calls.I personally then removed the toilet. Although damaged by the auger, the metal bathtub stopper was still lodged in the toilet. I took pictures of this, removed the metal stopper, and reinstalled the toilet. The toilet is now operating as designed. I contacted [redacted] and explained all this. I asked for my money back. He argued that he told my wife how he could not warranty the repair. I understand that he cannot warranty new clogs, but the clog he was hired to correct was not corrected properly. I finally accepted his offer to refund half ($50.00) of the charges. He said he was out of town for New Years, but would issue us a check as soon as he returned to work on January 2nd. We still have not received a check or heard from [redacted]. I have left one voicemail since then asking him to call, but have not heard from him.Desired Settlement: [redacted] was told prior to his repair attempts what it was that was clogging the toilet. He clearly did not repair the issue for which he was hired, therefore I am requesting the entire amount that we paid ($100.00).
