This person was not our client They were a *** Turf client they paid Hybrid Turf NO monies

Hybrid Turf acquired *** Turf making my unfulfilled order one of theirs. They completely ignored me and my contract for a product which was an obligation of theirs since they acquired the company I had initiated the contract with. They promised me many times they would address my order but never did, never called back as they repeatedly promised

Hybrid Turf has taken $3000.00 and not provided the turf. We have been dealing with them for a year trying to get them to follow through on their promises to no avail. Now the contact information we have for them is a dead end. The have been disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. They promised delivery and never followed through. Hybrid Turf appears to be a scam.

Used Hybrid Turf to help me with my artificial turf installation, I had some issues Doing it Myself so they offered a list of installers to help me. I originally went to a few other big box stores and found that Hybrid Turf's materials were nicer with better pricing, saved me about $650. The guys down there are very knowledgeable and very professional. I would rate them as high as possible, Thanks for the help!!

Yes the finished installation looks great and the warranty looks promising but good luck trying to get ahold of someone to fallow thru with the promises on the warranty. The only 2 employees don't like to respond to messages and will make up names and give false information to get off the phone and move on. HYBRID TURF IS ALSO CALLED , OWNS AND JUST IS 'MORNING STAR TURF' also the greedy aes never paid me the last 2 months of hard work and overtime I put in eventho I dedicated every daylight hour six days a week 'slaving' and kissing [redacted]. They need the money more than me obviously because they are their product is and all in all business is a JOKE. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO CONTACT THEM.

Great team worked hard to get me what I needed for my project

We sold this guys lead and information to another company.  Not our client

Great company, recommended a great installer for our project
