Paid a retainer to Mr.Swajanen in May,2019. Regarding a probate case for my deceased brother. Have not heard from Mr. Swajanen since. I called and stopped at his office several (3) times but he was never there and messages were supposedly forwarded to him by the front desk person. Went to his office and terminated his services in Dec. 2019. Will there be a refund? Do not have the exact dates of the payment or the several contacts by me to get info.
