Hello,
I received this complaint and I am confused on a few issues.
1) We do Not sale anything that is used. Matter of fact I do not take any returns at all which is clearly stated on our sales receipt, front counter and on our hang tags,...

this is due to the nature of our store.
2)Battery issue; There have been times that we have run out of batteries to double check in front of our customers,but we always check our toys prior to placing them into inventory to make sure that they are in working order prior to being placed into our inventory. There are times that we do get very busy and I am assuming that one of our sales clerks may have left batteries inside the toy due to an over sight, maybe.
3)As far as wiping down a toy we always use our favorite product After Glow that kills everything. We do a daily cleaning front to back everyday and after showing a toy, and if you had a newer staff member show the toy that did not wipe it down in front of you rest assure we have them show us what they showed to our customers at night(for extra training) and we remind them that we always wipe down our toys. However we are human and a mistake can be made and we have since reinforced are cleaning rules
4.)I personally spoke with this customer and I gave her my personal cell phone to get in contact with me at anytime for any questions.
5.) She stated that she purchased the toy on Wednesday 06/08/16 and came back in on Sunday. I believe she spoke with me later that week.
I explained that we don't take returns for the above reasons. However I would give her a full credit to my store all she had to do was bring in her receipt to show me that in fact the above was purchased at our store. The above customer seemed very satisfied with our conclusion however, I never heard back from her.
She never contacted me other then the one phone call, she never provided me with a receipt and she never showed me the products.

This is the first time that we have seen her response so we didn't know to respond as we did not receive a letter nor email since September 5. We filed the complaint as I want a refund and not store credit as I do not want to purchase any products from her store. All I know is that on that Sunday my friend and I witnessed the clerk on duty demo a toy and put it back on the shelf without cleaning it. I would like them to send me a refund check and I will return the product. Thank you for your consideration. Lilia Stuart

Hello,
I am still confused.
1) I still have not seen a receipt of what you purchased to verify that an adult toy was purchased from our store.
2)I looked at our sales on 6/8/16 and we did not sale any Bachelorette items with a toy on that day. As you had stated, maybe the dates are mix up?
3) We don't do returns as it is stated on all our receipts, the cashiers counter and all our hang tags, due to the nature of our store.
4) I'm not saying I wouldn't make an exception to the rule, but I have no idea what you bought, when you bought it or if you bought it at our store.
Again, I spoke with her once gave her my personal contact information to contact me, she seemed pleased with the conclusion of our phone conversation. However, She never contacted me again never provide me with a receipt and never showed me the product.

I called her after I got home and asked if they test their products prior to selling them, and she stated that they were out of batteries. When I went to wrap Da Bomb for my friend's bachelorette party, I took it out of the package to test it and there was a film on the inside of the package and it had dead batteries in it. How much does a toy have to be 'tested' to have dead batteries in it? When I talked to her about it, she stated that "maybe one of her girls used it." For the record the toy has been sitting in the package (with the dead batteries) since that day. I would not use a personal item like that if it was not clean and I don't appreciate you accusing me of using it (and any other 'false accusations' that you imply). This item was supposed to be a gift for a friend and I, even if it was clean, would not have used this toy. It's not my fault that I got home with a dirty product. And considering that the packaging was not clean (disgusting is a good term), I don't want to get any other items from your store. I just want my money back for this item.
