we have resolved all issues and have sprayed for roachesour exterminator told me that the roach problem was no where as bad as the tenant specifiedI will keep her on a weekly schedule to hopefully resolved this last issue Tell us why here

The property manager, Louis advised me on
September 25th (my second contact) that he wasn't aware of the roaches in the apartmentIt would be very hard to claim the roach problem wasn't as bad as I claimed, if he wasn't aware of them at allThere has not been anyone to spray the apartment since September 27th, Loius stated he would have the apartment sprayed every Wednesday until I didn't see them anymoreMost recently, October 5th, I returned remove in checklist, at which time I advised him, no one has been to sprayHe was dishonest once again, he said he was sending someoneI asked when, he said right nowNO ONE came that day or any day sinceMeanwhile, I am killing roaches on a daily basisNot to mention, unable to feel comfortable in my place for the fact of it being infested with roachesI have had to purchase roach killing products to try to keep the problem from getting worse.As I mentioned, I returned a checklist, which had several repair issuesSomeone returned a copy (no one signed it) so I am not sure who is representing the claim that all repairs were madeAs the list had multiplexes that were not addressed..I do not accept the response, as manager has falsified the records and statements in their responseNeither has there been a reimbursement made to me for the expenses I have incurred due the negligence of this property management in not informing me of the infestationI would have never moved here, if I would have known thatIt is infestation when it spans across multiple apartmentsThe neighbor in the same building as I informed me, she has roaches too

As response to this complaint their was a work order for maintenance to change light bulbs as per our lease the tenant is responsible for the changing of light bulbsAs per the A\C work order the lease that she signed air conditioning is not considered an emergency, however, if you have a
Medical Diagnosis from a doctor stating air conditioning as a medical need, would be priority she did not turn in any medical papers stating any conditionsThe tenant was put on a schedule with northland HVAC service the work was completed
