To whom it may concern, Regarding Complaint #[redacted] I would like to state the following: We do not advertise our business or the hours of our business anywhere.  We have a our hours posted on the front door and they are as follows: Monday - Friday 8-8 Saturday - 8-6 Sundays - Closed ...

We strictly adhere to these hours as we have armed security guards that walk us in and out of the store for openings and closings due to the "high risk" involved.  There is nothing LEISURELY about opening and closing this business.  The date of this complaint says that it occurred on 2/6/2016....that was a Saturday and we close at 6:00pm that day....the complainer says the time was 5:58p....seems that it is possible that 2 min difference is debatable.  I am not sure where she is seeing these online hours.....but these were not given to this online advertising by this business.  If you can find out where the complainer saw these hours please contact me so I can notify them of our correct hours.
