Hyde Park Nursery continues to not support their reason to withhold my full deposit of $with proper documentationAttached you will find a copy of the receipt issued by the owner Joan K***, copies of certified letters that were returned and a copy of contract which states weeks notice(which was given) and nothing regarding deposit being withheld.No where on the receipt does it state my deposit is non-refundableI never said I would be enrolling my child come September I have asked them to provide documentation of this in the certified letters I have sent that they refused to sign forDue to their lack of documentation I am still requesting my full deposit to be refunded.
