Hyde's Heating and Cooling

Mr.Hyde looked at heat unit. He stated that all it needed was to be cleaned.He never came to fix the unit as promise but has been paid for the serviceMe. [redacted] came to my house on 11/17/14 to see if he could fix my heating unit. He stated that all he needed was to clean it out but didn't have the tools but would come back tomorrow. Before leaving me. Hyde stated he would only charge $60.00 to do the repair and was given a check for $60. Mt. Hyde called on 11/17/13 and stated he had to finish 2 jobs then would be at my house to fix the unit. Mr. Hyde never came by or called that night. On 11/18/14 my husband called mr. Hyde to see if he was still gonna come. Mr. Hyde stated that he had a few jobs to do but would be at our house when he finished his job. Mr. Hyde did not come by or call that night.Desired SettlementFull amount of $60.00 that was paid for the service that was not rendered
