I ordered a "free sample size" jar of emollient ..paid 2.95 shipping and I was charged$79.96.Questioned it and was told it was a 30 day supply.
Item was ordered. 3/2/19. RMA # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I saved all packaging; otherwise I would have no way to contact them as there was no name or address on packing slip. I called and was told the $79.96 amount on my credit card
MasterCard #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was for a 30 day supply which I DID NOT order nor did I want. I was told to return to
them at my expense ($4.73) and then would be charged a
$15.00 "restocking" fee. Their phone # is1-855-497-9325 and address is 13266 Byrd Dr., Ste.573, Odessa, FL 33556. The product is Emollient Revitalizing Moisturizer Pallet XXXXX. This is a total scam. I mailed back the product yesterday and am awaiting their refunding the money back on my credit card. I am out 2 shipping fees and have nothing to show for it.
Please help.
Refund on my credit card of $79.96, return shipping fee of $4.73 and no "restocking fee.".

We have looked into this customer's complaint and have issued Mrs. an agreed
upon refund for the charge made to her account on 03/21/2019 I have gone ahead and issued the remainder of that refund today. We are here to assist customers with anything they need. We want to ensure that our customers are happy with our product and our customer service. We would like to assure Mrs. that we have issued a refund back to her in full. I am still out $10 for shipping costs but I can live with that. They are committing fraud and need to be stopped. They gave me a hard time on the phone and certainly were not as polite and forthcoming in their letters........what hogwash!
