Hydra Fund Put funds in my account with out my permission and fefused to take them back out and started taking payments out.I checked my bank statement and there was a deposit for the amount of 300.00 from a company call Hydra Fund. I looked this company up and finally found a number and spoke to someone and told them that I never gave anyone permission to put money into my account, they told me got my voice mail and they could use that. I checked it and all I heard was the end of a call saying please call and then the phone hung up. I asked them to please take the money back out and they told me I would need to send them a copy of my bank statement to show that I had not touched any of the money, so I did that. Foe a week straight they kept telling me that they could not read it or information they needed was blocked out. Because I blacked out my account information. Finally I went to my bank and they told not to send them anything else. Hydra Fund Told me they would remove the 300.00 dollars, but instead they started taking 90.00 paymayments out. This whole time I was talking to them every couple days. They told me they would put all the payments back into my account. They first put the 300.00 in on [redacted] and the newst collection agengy is saying that Hydra Fund told them they put the loan into my account on [redacted] not [redacted] then took payments on [redacted] Then I told them they needed to stop and that they never took the 300 out and were just making excuses and taking payments outs and that the 300 did come out plus an extra 60 they told me they would put the 60 back in. which of course never happened. I did not hear no more from them but then may 2013 a company saying they were collecting a debit for Hydra fund called and said I owed 710.00 and if I did not pay it I was going to have go to court in south Carolina. I explained what had happed to the woman on the phone and she said that if I made at least a 30.00 payment it would keep it out of court and Hydra fund would not press charges and it would be a onetime payment. So I said yes. That payment came out on [redacted] and then two more came out without my permission [redacted] and [redacted] I then went and closed my bank account. I did not hear from any one not Hydra Fund or any collection place until May of 2014 again and now 3 different collection places are calling. When I look into their companies it is just Hydra fund they either do not exist or they have complaints against them for working payday loan companies.Desired Settlementi just want them to leave me alone and stop having others coming after me for money that I did not authorize and they all ready took back.

Unauthorized debits to an old checking account that had a negative balance and has been closed.Hydra fund claims they deposited funds in a closed checking account in 2012 and has been calling my employer and anyone who knows me today [redacted] I never authorized or got money to be deposited into my Chevron Federal Credit Union account. They keep threatening to take me to court and keep on caling and have called different departments at my job.Desired SettlementI just want them to leave me alone and whomever is filling out payday loans with my information I would like it to stop. This is the second time this has happend to me.

A company [redacted] trying to collect money for Hydrafundii, who put money in my account without my consent I didn't sign a thing or agree to it[redacted] is trying to collect for Hydrafundii who deposited money in my account wihtout my permission over 2 years ago. I have not heard from them until this month. I had tried to contact them numerous times 2 years ago to take their money back, money was then taken out of my account so I assumed they did what I had asked them to do. They are now calling me threatening me that if I do not pay I will be arrested for bank fraud. I had given them a debit card number from[redacted] that they told me to purchase and then I did some research and I was told I shouldn't pay something if I didn't owe it. So now they are calling from a number in my county saying that they are going to be serving me papers to be arrested I have called my local department and they have nothing on file and they told me that if they did I would either have to appear or not and they would have to set up a garnishment if it was a true debt. I do not know what to do about this I feel like they are harrassing me. I did not agree to this money being put in my account I did not sign anything, I didn't apply for a payday loan, my information was compromised I didn't not agree to this what so ever. I feel that they had taken money out of my account and I had to close it due to bank fees that I was responsible for paying, I feel that they should be paying me back and if that is not an option they need to stop contacting me because I do not owe this debt. The number that keeps calling me is XXX-XXX-XXXX a[redacted], another number they called me from today is XXX-XXX-XXXXDesired SettlementI feel that they should refund me they owe me money. I want them to leave me alone as I do not owe this and I feel that I should not have to pay for a debt that I don't owe. I have filed a complained with the consumer protection board as well.

I took a small loan from this co. I was charged twice for the balance.I took a small payday loan from this company. in 2013 I paid it through mediation. in 2015 they sent the amount plus high penalties to collections threatening me with legal action. I paid it again.I cannot reach this company nor do they have a working phone #. they should be ashamed of themselves. Desired Settlementi would like what I paid twice refunded.

I have a company calling me saying I owe them [redacted] for a [redacted] loan I have never received. Over two years ago I was looking to find a personal loan to help me slowly re-establish my credit. I somehow got [redacted] deposited into my account. Not sure how I got connected to Hydra Fund Loan. But I was okay with it since it would help me, a little each time I made a payment. I paid them back over [redacted] in one single month. A year later I get a call from a collection service, that I owe [redacted] or I would be served papers. Well I was not going to pay because there is no possible way I owe them that money. Now, just recently I get a call from them again. I call the number that was left on my voice mail. Now they are trying to tell me I owe them [redacted] for a [redacted] loan that was deposited. I never received the money they claim I received. I paid them way more then what the original loan was for. They have since called my entire family, friends, and my work harassing me/them for my address to serve papers. This company is doing this to hundreds of people and not just myself, they need to be shut down.Desired SettlementI need this business to stop calling my friends, family members, my job, and my self. I do not owe them any money and need my name cleared from any pending charge.
