Wrongful advertising and scamming
Advertised free sample with $4.95 shipping cost. Then billed me $105.98. Customer service said I didn't cancel subscription in 14 days. Nothing about subscription nor amount to be charged in original offer.
Stop scamming and properly advertise what you are providing
ordered Aurora Bella ageless moisturizer and Aurora Bella ageless eye revitalizer trial for a $3.95 chg on 12/18/17 Received a charge from Radiant Locks for $99.96 I did not recognize the company so disputed the chg with bank, I called the number on the package so I could return it. I was told I had 15 days to do so. Sent back to address on label Found out today 3/22/18 when I called that Radiant Locks are a 3rd party biller for Aurora Bella, making it more confusing for consumers, was also told I should have received a RMA (return merchandise authorization) I did not receive one also informed that it went back to distribution ctr. and they don't receive returns For all I know they threw it out or just disregarded it. I would like a refund of $99.96 I was told since my account was closed as of 1/20/18 they could do nothing about it. Was also told when asked for supervisor, that none available and would forward my issue to supervisor( I doubt it)
Other (requires explanation) would like a refund of $99.96 nothing else. Living on a fixed income as I do being 70 yrs of age every penny counts thank you
This skin cream and eye cream is advertised as free trial, but what they claim you have agreed to is an unlimited $100/month subscription service. I called the customer service number 5 times. I requested return shipping labels and to be cancelled. They billed my credit card as ESS*ESSENMOISTURIZING and Bio*Ederamazone. They billed my credit card for about $300, sent me one return label and insisted that since they are nice they will return 50% of the fees on one charge which was made AFTER they refunded one of the three products. They also advertise as Bella Serata. The only way to get rid of this harassment is to 1)cancel your credit card, 2) have the credit card company issue an entirely new number and 3) tell the credit card company that this is a fraudulent sale. This company is associated with Victoria Olsteen. Many women have been duped by this "free trial" offer. I formally request that the Revdex.com investigate this company for fraud.
