This company sent an advertisement on my facebook claiming the product was "free" for only a $shipping chargeNowhere in the ad was any reference of a "trial" period, or the "membership" they claimed I subscribed toIn my opinion this is deceptive practice at bestAt no time when signing up for the so-called "free" product did I believe I would be billed $after any period of timeOnly after calling them to complain about this was I directed to the fine print within their website terms and conditions stating anything about a "trial period"I offered to return all of their product for all of the money I feel they "stole' from me and they refusedOnly after I threatened to contact the Revdex.com did they offer an additional 25% and then 50% added to the original 25% they offed me almost immediately when I called to complainThey only made good on 50% of the 75% offered anyway. Why would a legitimate company with a crystal clear and non-deceptive advertisement offer anything unless they themselves believe they are deceptive? I thank the Revdex.com for their assistance but anything short of a 100% refund in this case will not satisfy me whatsoeverI also plan to warn any friends or anyone else who ever asks me about this product Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter with [redacted]. Although not completely satisfied with the result we are both much happier now than when we first contacted you. For the record this company never called and read [redacted] anything, nor did their ad state anything about a 14 day "trial". They did send an e-mail confirming shipment after the fact, but [redacted] just assumed this was a courtesy acknowledging the order. Once again thank you for your participation in gaining some resolution.Sincerly, [redacted]Boyfriend of [redacted]
Called the company to discuss additional refund for 100% of the total cost for the consumer. Customer service agent, [redacted], stated she consumer has received 50% or $44.66 refunded and she would be willing to provide the consumer an additional 25% or $22.32 credit on her card within the next 3-5 business days. Company reiterates there was a 14 day trial period and consumer exceeded the trial offer. Company read the terms and conditions over the phone and advise the consumer was also sent email advising of the terms and conditions. Per agent [redacted], business will not exceed the total of 75% refund to the consumer.

Nowhere in the ad was any reference of a "trial" period, or the "membership" they claimed I subscribed to. In my opinion this is deceptive practice at best. At no time when signing up for the so-called "free" product did I believe I would be billed $85 after any period of time.
