I had a counter top water cooler installed in January 2018 and was told that I could cancel any time. I did not sign a contract. I am not being told that the term is 5 years. Again, I did not sign anything. I have requested cancellation and removal of the unit on April 1, 2019. I have gotten nothing but a run around since then. NOTE: I did not pay any money up front. It is a monthly rental.

You submitted a misrepresentation form to Reed T on July 2, 2019. That investigation has been completed and attached is the report. Regarding your claims in your Revdex.com complaint, I have been able to provide information that contradicts all claims and false allegations made against Kimball D.
At this time your Agreement has been validated and based on our policies and procedures there has not been any action that would warrant the Agreement being voided.
