[redacted] has been a great tenant of Real Estate BCS for about 2 years. We enjoy [redacted] and he takes great pride in the home that he is renting, and we're very thankful to have him as a tenant. My husband and I own Real Estate BCS and we take great care in the properties that we manage. We care about...

the condition and we care about the people who own and live in the properties. We have come to know [redacted] personally. He will send me or my husband text messages with pictures of problems or pictures of his beautiful garden.When [redacted] first moved into the home, it was a new property for the owner and for our management portfolio. The property had problems with water drainage, which we worked tirelessly to address. Over the years, other problems have occurred, and we have repaired. I received an email from [redacted] on May 25th regarding the water leak in his home that he has written this Revdex.com complaint about. I prepared a work order and sent technicians. On June 5th, [redacted] sent an email to me regarding his rent check to which I replied. I also asked him about water leaks, to which he replied that there were no water leaks. See the attached email thread.There have been additional email threads regarding repairs, which are attached. I have a maintenance coordinator who handles ensuring that work orders are complete. The work orders are passed from me to the coordinator. It appears that there has been a breakdown in communication. I’ll admit that I should have directed [redacted] to the maintenance coordinator directly, but I enjoy the relationship with our tenants and try to pass the work orders to the coordinator personally for them. In the future, should [redacted] decide to stay as a tenant at the home, the work orders should go directly to the coordinator. We have always ta[redacted] care of [redacted] and his concerns regarding the home, and we would not neglect him or this property. I really think any missed work order was simply an oversight. We do have a procedure to complete work orders in a timely manner.On July 14th, I was made aware that [redacted] had outstanding work orders. I sent [redacted] to the home and the repair was immediately performed.

I am rejecting this response because:During the recent weekend of heavy rains from Hurricane Harvey, the roof is still continuing to leak, but now in 3 different places, two downstairs in the living room and one upstairs in the master bedroom. So, the roof still needs to be repaired or replaced as one leak in the downstairs living room location has gone on 3 years now with no resolution.
