Like many posts, we "won" an aromatherapy machine In order to get it, we had to sit through an hour long demo with the purpose of providing feedback Funny, she never asked for any feedback Our free aromatherapy machine is a cheap little humidifier that you put a few drops of oil into Then she brought out the Rainbow Air Purification system and, and, wait for it.....the Rainbow Vacuum Funny how it's pitched to you as an air purification system over the phone, but you can't buy just the air purification system -you have to buy the whole vacuum and the price is absolutely ridiculous To satisfy her we wrote down names of people that may be interested On the way out she asked to make sure and NOT tell them it's a vacuum demo This program is a complete bait and switch

This business obtained my name and information from a friend's demo They would call me EVERY DAY I answered twice and told them I am not interested and to please stop calling They continued every day (I have the call logs to prove this), sometimes multiple times per day I eventually blocked their number They are very harassing and do not know how to take "NO" for an answer I understand that calling once (or maybe even twice if you are unable to get a hold of someone) is a form of acceptable business solicitation, but calling over and over again is harassment and it gets old FAST

I recently was contacted by Hydro-Air Technologies, LLC claiming that I had won one of their units in a Home Show drawing! This business center made an appointment to come out to my home with the unit. They never showed! After waiting over an hour I called, left a message, and requested that I hear back from Hydro-Air Technologies. Guess what???? I have never heard from them again. So what, I didn't receive the item I supposedly won. The main complaint stems from their inability to communicate and follow through on appointments!!!

I went to a Hunting Expo at Cedar Creek where I attended a presentation for Hydro-Air Technologies and entered into a drawing for a free air purifier. I received a call a few days later stating that I won the item and they wanted me to call back. When I did I told the women I work until 5:30PM and my boyfriend could be there to meet her. I took time to clean my house almost being late for work, plus found a sitter for my dog so there were no distractions, and making sure my boyfriend was present for their arrival.
Plus I am not married so there is no legal obligations, it’s at the same household if it’s me or him, and per my phone conversation they gave false information.
When they went to my house they left immediately when he told them I was not there and at work. Apparently I have to be there as well to get my free gift. I called from work wondering why I had to be there and why they didn't disclose that information. Also why they couldn't give me my gift if they said I won it and holding it hostage.
I spoke with a women on the phone who was very rude and told me I was stupid that I didn't know I had to be there and I signed a disclosure on the small piece of paper (entry ticket)that I put in the entry box. That was false and two of my co-workers are dealing with this as well and also didn't recall any disclosure.
I sent out an email to the company on February 16th and asked for a resolution by Friday. I let it sit for two Fridays and I am still waiting for a response. They stated they would stop calling my but haven't. If I won a free item, then they should be obligated to get that item to me without strings. This free gift was promised and they have been dishonest rude and didn't make any good faith effort to amend the wrong doings.

Very poor business practices. Unkind to customer who don't buy or change their mind on buying. Don't fully disclose requirements of equity program. Make it difficult to complete the equity program by not giving proper supplies so you can complete demos. Extreme lack of communication with their dealers. Favoritism with certain dealers. Horrible company to buy from and work for. Don't waste your time with the equity program with this particular company.
