Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We did not accuse anyone of anything We simply pointed out what the buyer's inspector said We had no way of contacting the inspector We were not informed of the hour long window and my wife waited until after the time of said arrival And we were charged time and a halfMy wife's last call was made to them at 4:and she left at 4: The half hearted apology is weak and seems an afterthought This has devolved into a "he said/she said" situation We do not wish to continue this any further Simply mark us down as disappointed after previously receiving excellent service Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: We don't remember being so advised, and we never had the number of the inspector Nor does this address the poor attitude expressed in the direct reply from the business to us, nor does it answer why he charged time and a half for a Friday visit when he failed to arrive at the scheduled time on the day before

When we rerouted drain/discharge, almost a year ago, from the sump pump, we informed your husband of the need to fix the wash out underneath the foundation, or water would continue to come in every spring when ground water levels rise. When I spoke with him a few weeks back, I asked if he'd ever had that fixed, he said he had not. As for us not being there exactly at 4 on the Friday, with our line of work we do not schedule exact times, our scheduling is done in one hour increments (for example 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, etc.). We do this as sometimes appointments run long, and travel times are not exact. On the originally scheduled date we arrived at 4:40. When we came in and did the work the next day which was Saturday, we worked for an hour and a half and charged our regular rates, not time and a half. We are sorry for the way we responded in the email it was rude, however without any ability to contact the inspector, the claims and accusations against us seemed unfounded.
