Review: I purchased an item from Hydropool on July 16 2014, once I received the item I realized that it was nothing like the picture showed on the website so I sent it back. To send it back they requested a 'RMA' number to be sent with it for return or it would not be accepted, they have made it near impossible to acquire this 'RMA' number off their website but after emailing them a few days I finally got it off my receipt from the website and I had it sent back by [redacted] with 'RMA' number attached through our business that my husband and I and his family owns . It was sent off on July 23, 2014. Today is August 18,2014 and after about 5 emails and finally 3 phone calls I was told that they can not locate the item in their warehouse without the tracking number from [redacted], after giving them my invoice number and offering my 'RMA' number I was told by the manager that wasn't sufficient.?? I spoke with a guy the week prior 2 different days who the first day took my number and told me the manager Ryan who was on the other line would call me back, no call back so I called the next day to be told that Ryan was at lunch and that if I didn't hear back from him before the day was over to call back myself that day or in the morning, he never called. The guy I spoke with the second day pulled up my info with my invoice number and told me that yes he seen where I had returned the item and I would be getting my refund, In asked if he knew when I would receive it and if it would be for the full amount and that's when he said I would have to speak to Ryan who was at lunch and told me to wait for a call from him and if I didn't receive one before end of day to call him back. I finally got my tracking number and they did receive the package on July 28, I called him back with this info and he did say I would be receiving my refund but basically said that without tracking number they have no way to know what the warehouse does verses the store and etc. which is absolutely ludacris! I'm still waiting for my refund but believe that the way they run their business is setting up people to not receive their refund.Desired Settlement: refund of total amount $78.88
