On June I paid ***, employed with Hydro Steam Carpet Cleaning, cash in the amount of $to clean my carpet on Jul being that I am in the military and was leaving town on Jul and the house was getting a deep cleaning on and Jul On Jul 2014, I received a call from my previous property stating that the Carpet had not been cleaned I then called [redacted] directly after speaking with my Property Manager and he told me that he was out of town and the person who was supposed to clean my carpet had an accident which totaled his vehicle and damaged all of his equipment so he would tend to my issue when he got back to town After not hearing from [redacted] in several days, I called him again on Jul and he was very irate as well as rude and said it was only $so why was I so upset I told him I didn't care if it was $I wanted my money He then stated that he actually wasn't the person who deals with the money so gave me someone named ***'s number to contact I then called "***" but immediately got her voicemail so I left a voicemail informing her of the situation and my contact informationI called [redacted] back and got his voicemail so I left one with him as wellSince Jul 14, I have been calling [redacted] and [redacted] everyday and have been either getting their voicemail or no answer I am very displeased with this unprofessional and illegitimate business and will also be filing a complaint with the military JAG being that he's passing out flyers in a neighborhood that is majority military families

I called Hyrdosteam through a flyer*** made the appointmentHe charged a fair price and his work was worth the moneyI am happy with his service and professionalism

On 30 June 2014 I paid [redacted], employed with Hydro Steam Carpet Cleaning, cash in the amount of $190.00 to clean my carpet on 7 Jul 2014 being that I am in the military and was leaving town on 1 Jul 14 and the house was getting a deep cleaning on 4 and 5 Jul 2014. On 9 Jul 2014, I received a call from my previous property stating that the Carpet had not been cleaned. I then called [redacted] directly after speaking with my Property Manager and he told me that he was out of town and the person who was supposed to clean my carpet had an accident which totaled his vehicle and damaged all of his equipment so he would tend to my issue when he got back to town. After not hearing from [redacted] in several days, I called him again on 14 Jul 2014 and he was very irate as well as rude and said it was only $190 so why was I so upset. I told him I didn't care if it was $10 I wanted my money. He then stated that he actually wasn't the person who deals with the money so gave me someone named [redacted]'s number to contact. I then called "[redacted]" but immediately got her voicemail so I left a voicemail informing her of the situation and my contact information. I called [redacted] back and got his voicemail so I left one with him as well. Since Jul 14, I have been calling [redacted] and [redacted] everyday and have been either getting their voicemail or no answer. We scheduled a $75 for 3 rooms carpet cleaning ("No Hidden Charges") as per their flyer for Sep 22, 2015. The additional $225 for pet stain treatment seemed excessive but the flyer said they were "Pet Odor Experts" so we agreed to the service. The stains seem to have been taken care of but the odor has not. We have spoken to them twice since and they insist we were told that the only way to get rid of the odor was to replace the carpet and Kilz the floor. I expected at least a "I am sorry you are dissatisfied" but nothing. I expect an "Expert" to at the very least not perform a service that will not satisfy a customers expectations if they are aware of the issue up front. He should have not cleaned the carpets knowing we expected stain and odor removal. I will not use this company and will not reccomend them. We had a very poor experience all the way around.
