Gregorio pools and spas has never done work for [redacted]r. Hydrocare pools and spas was doing work on their neighbors spa when we came across [redacted] and she told us about the problem with her spa. We did an initial repair on May 21, 2016 and were paid for such repair. We...
informed [redacted] that there could be other leaks but we would not be able to tell until the first leak was fixed and she filled the spa. We also informed [redacted]r that unfortunately our main business is swimming pools and during the months of April May June and July we are extremely busy with pool work and we can only do spa work where we can fit it in. We have communicated with [redacted] on almost a weekly basis and we have been doing our best to get someone to her home which is located close to an hour and a half away from our shop. But we've also been upfront with her that the only way we would be able to get there is if our pool work gets done first. The work she needs done is in addition to the initial repair. Our concern now is that she seems to present that she assumes that the initial repair covers all the leaks in the spa. We are slowly getting caught up with our workload and we would be happy to go back but [redacted]r has to be made aware that the work that we come back and do, unless directly related to the initial repair, is in fact billable work.
