We find it very offensive that [redacted] calls us liars As I mentioned in my text to [redacted] we did send her the check like two days after she had an issue and asked a partial refund we also called her like a week or so after mailing her the check and left her a voice mail to make sure she got the check but we never heard back from her We didn't receive any return checks in our mail box so we assumed she got the check .Now when I call her she is saying she isn't gonna answer my phone calls .I asked her , her full mailing address so we can send another check maybe we mailed it to wrong address I really don't know You guys can check how great of a ratings we have online and for us sending this $refused is really nothing we care about our reputation but it's very difficult to deal with this kinda of client that calls you a liar and does not help you understand if she got the check or not I rally rally hope she will respond my txt and send her full address so we can be over this case.We also don't mind sending you guys the check and she can pick it up from you or something like that just to make sure we did our part we want to pay back to satisfied our customers Please let us know how pleaee help us how can we close this case without hurting our reputation as I said it's very diffuclat to work with this kinda client that doesn't get back to you when you call and leave voice mailswe can go above and beyond and send call logs to show we called her after sending the check .please keep us posted what we should do next to finish it up Thank you HydroCare Serivces

Customer Complained our machine blew fuse out even tho it never ever happened to us before .Customer called us Friday night , which is after hours and nobody is in the office even tho it was after hours we let the customer know we will contact her tomorrow and we will fix the problem nothing to

They cleaned all the carpets at my house. On time, good cost and the carpets look great.

My first time using Hydrocare Services.I called them Tuesday they were here Weds

and the job was done a couple hours.Good for another year.The rugs haven't look so good since they were new fifteen years ago.

We've used a couple of other carpet cleaners over the years but have never gotten

these good of results

Patrick is fast and hard working.He's a credit to the company.We will use Hydrocare next year for sure..

A good trait of Patrick's is, with two hour window he called us to give us a heads on his ETA.This allowed us to leave and be back before he arrived.

I would recommend Hydrocare Services.

it has been weeks since this incident occurred. The business owner called me and asked me to remove the complaint and stated that it was hurting his business. I asked him for the partial refund to cover the cost of the electrician that was required, and I have yet to receive payment. The business owner is claiming that he sent me a check the day after I called, and that is completely untrue. The business has not attempted to resolve the issue and has the only called me asking that I remove the complaint without any recompensIve action on their part.

Patrik came to our house and did a great cleaning service for our carpet. He was on time and provided notifications prior to his arrival, would recommend to use again.

I have used HydroCare Services, both personally and professionally. We have used them to clean carpets that tenants have left filthy. To save the landlord money replacing the carpet, they were able to get the carpets clean for the new tenants. I'll will continue to used them professionally.

I was very impressed with Hydrocare's service. They we're prompt and professional. Patrick did a great job on our carpers!

I bought a Groupon for carpet cleaning of five rooms..they tried to make me pay $40 per room for spot treatments. I'm used to paying extra for spot treatments, but $40 per room is excessive. I refused the upcharges as I could not afford them, and the guy refused to do the job and left. Leaving me stuck when I was preparing to list the house for sale the next day.

I used them to clean my carpet at my old apartment in Glendale az, they were very professional and showed up on time. They even gave me a courtesy call about 30 min before to let me know they were on the way. I purchased a coupon which saved me money and they were honest about the additional fee for my pet stains. But what I appreciated the most was how they explained why there was an additional fee and the process that neede to be done, so I knew why and how.Thanks to hydrocare I got my full security deposit! I will most definitely use again!

Hydrocare services did an amazing job cleaning my carpets

they took their time to explain me what they were doing during the carpet cleaning process,

my carpets looking like new they cleaned all the pet stains my little puppy did .

Cant wait to get my tile and grout cleaned with them .

Review: Throughout the time that this customer was cleaning my carpets, rather than connecting their machinery to the main line he was plugging them in the kitchen. It kept blowing a fuse and the power would shut off. He reset it at least 3 different times while he was here, and eventually the fuse reset switch itself stopped working and cannot be reset. Currently there are 5 outlets not functioning including the one where I plug in my refrigerator, so I'm having to use an extension cord to plug it into another room altogether. I did call the person who cleaned my carpets, and he stated that I would have to wait to hear back from the company during regular business hours or call a handyman to fix it. He was unwilling to help me resolve the problem this evening, and I have not heard back from anyone at the company. I paid quite a bit of money to have my carpets cleaned, and I am now having to pay to bring in an electrician to trying to fix the problem caused by the carpet.cleaning company. I cannot go all weekend without having my refrigerator plugged in. This is very poor customer service, & I feel that the person cleaning the carpets should have known that his machinery needed to be plugged into a more powerful supply/outlet such as the main line.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a partial refund so that I can pay to have an electrician fix the fuse box, replace whatever part needs to be replaced, for the extension cord I had to purchase this evening, and for the time and effort I am having to put into getting this problem resolved as a result of their poor customer service. I'm requesting a refund in the amount of $150 to cover the cost of the costs and time I am having to put into resolving this issue. Once it is determined what specific parts must be replaced, if that amount exceeds the $150, I would also ask that the company reimburse me for the additional costs.
