Review: I have had hydroclean equipment in the past work on my pressure washers. At first they were fair about labor charges. Then, about a year ago, I was charged an hours labor for what took about 25 minutes. I voiced my complaint to [redacted], and he dropped it to 30 minutes of labor. I go there a couple times a month to buy miscellaneous needed items to run my business. But since that first incident about a year ago with being overcharged for labor, I sometimes now take my business elsewhere. The few times I did bring my pressure washer in for maintenance, only because of proximity, they more than doubled labor time each individual time. I just paid it to not xause waves. Today, June 10th, I brought my pressure washer in to just have the soap dispenser on pressure washer just looked at, as it was not working. I gentleman named [redacted] worked on my machine, and said it needed replacing. The piece needing replacement is just a conection you pop on. It took him 10 minutes. He told me the price was 35.00 for one piece, 8.00 for the other. Maybe 10.00 or 15.00 for the 10 minutes labor. 55.00 or 60.00 total.

Well, when I came around the building to pay my bill, I saw it was a gentleman named [redacted] making up the bill. He is the man that charged me the 1 hour of labor for 25 minutes of work. He has held a grudge against me since I went to [redacted] and had the nerve to question the labor charges. Well, he told me what the bill was, and I was again very displeased he overcharged me again. This time it was 42.00 labor for 30 minutes of labor at 85.00 an hour. I questioned him on why he always overcharges me, and his reply was, "do you remember the time awhile back you went to the boss and complained about being charged an hour for labor? Thats why." Then to top this situation off, the lady behind the counter, whom also works there, and is normally very nice says, "you always just walk in here and expect to be taken care of right away. Everyone is supposed to just drop what they are doing." I found that really rude. I wait my turn trust me, like averyone else. Plus, I asked [redacted], do you have time for me today, otherwise I can come back. He told me [redacted] could help me today, which he did, and was very nice, and helpful. I did pay the bill with a check, after [redacted] told [redacted] to go back to my pressure washer and take off the dispenser he had just put on. I could not even question the bill without being treated rudely, and then having my pressure washers soap dispenser taken off. I did not want any of the hydroclean people touching my 12, 000 dollar pressure washer then, or ever again. I paid the bill and left. I will never give this overcharging business my business ever again. Anyone wanting to be charged fairly for labor charges should not frequent this business establishment either. In addition to treating every customer with respect, we are also very concerned with treating our employees in the same manner, for it is our philosophy that employees will treat customers in the same manner in which they are treated day to day.
