I ordered an elliptical machine at the beginning of January It is now February and I have yet to receive my orderI can't even track my order because I was told that my order was part of a "batch" that was given wrong tracking numbersI definitely will not recommend ordering from them to anyoneI would have been better of going to a local equipment store for my purchase At least I would have had a few weeks of exercise under my belt

Review: I originally ordered a trial of their product which I had already paid for. I called not even two weeks after I received the trial product, when I saw they billed my visa account for $164.90, to have them refund me because I don't want to buy any future product. I did order it through the internet and no where was there even a place to check to accept their terms and conditions. I know I did not agree to an order. When I called on 4/11/14 the rep I spoke with would not let me get a word in. She spoke over me telling me I apparently was not "experienced" as she called it and that I had to learn "a lesson". I just couldn't believe how rude she was to me. For this, I had to close my visa and get a new account. There was no resolve and to this date no further product was sent to me. In my opinion I was robbed.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the two amounts applied to my visa. The two amounts are $79.95 and $84.95 which equals $164.90. This company should also be investigated to see how many other people were robbed.Thank you for at least listening to my situation.

Review: On March 15 I ordered a "trial" of hydroderm anti aging. The fee was $4.95 shipping. I was pleased to be able to sample without complete purchase. Today, I discovered a $84.95 charge on my bank account which I did NOT authorize. I called them and they insist that it was considered a purchase if not returned within a specific time period. This was not made clear to me. I am a senior citizen and now my bank account is overdrawn and will be charged for same. My options were to return for refund, but had not real return address and needed the charge off my account TODAY, or 50 percent refund and cancel account and keep product. I was forced to choose the 50 percent even though the product isn't even close to worth that amount. I believe that this company is decieptful and dishonest and should be tagged by the Revdex.com before they take another senior citizen for hard earned money.Thank you, [redacted] AveApt [redacted] 4589###-###-####Desired Settlement: I believe that they should be forced to refund the whole $84.95 rather than the 50 percent being that they were cheating me.

Review: On December 17, 2013 I ordered Hydroderm eye serum and paid $79.95 plus $4.75 postage. I also ordered Hydroderm Age defying wrinkle serum for $84.95 and $4.95 postage. I was charged the postage on the day that I placed the order and was billed for the product on January 3, 2014.On January 20, 2014 I called and spoke to mark and asked to return the product under their 30 day return policy and he told me that I was over the 30 days. He said the 30 days starts when you place the order not when you receive it. I dispute this as how can I try something that is not in my possession? [redacted] was also very rude and said I was ignorant for not understanding what he was trying to tell me. He then offered my the product if I reordered at 50% off.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the total of $164.90
