My order hasn't been given to FedEx, but they say it has been FedEx has confirmed that they don't have it either I want my money back

Have fought for weeks with the company to get less than half of my purchase price back from the returned item
I purchased an item from LG Outdoors through amazon for $It arrived 1/16/On 1/17/I contacted them for a refund, and was told to send the item back, which I did the same dayThe Item was delivered to them on 1/19/After not hearing from them, or getting a refund, I again contacted them on 2/2/They stated that they had not received itOnly when I proved that they had with a tracking number would they initiate the refundIt is now 2/9/and they say it will be another 2-days before I get a refund of $10.60, less than half of the purchase priceWHAT GOOD IS A RETURN IF YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR WEEKS TO GET LESS THAN HALF BACK? This company is a joke! Do not buy from them!
