car had the bumper damage fixed while we had her car the owner of Hye Class went down and he rented her a car. When we took back the car the driver and I both went because I wanted to make sure that the customer was ok with everything. She looked at the car and was satisfied with the job that was done. I then had her sign F. paper releasing us of any further complaints and as my driver was unloading the car she was finding somewhere to sign the paper. As soon as my driver unloaded the car then he signed the paper. The customer then moved her car to the curb when she got out the car I asked her if everything was ok and good to go and she then replied everything is great and shook my hand. She then asked if she could keep the rental car for one more day and was a little upset when I told her no we were taking it back. I called her the next morning and asked her if I could come by and get the rental agreement for the rental car from her. She said yes texted me her address. I then went and picked up the papers from her house not once did she ever say anything about any blisters or over spray on the car. She handed a young man the papers and I left. As far as anyone cussing at her we are in customer service and we do not cuss at our customers. We would never fire any of our drivers for any accidents that may occur during a call. As for her battery she put in a claim with her insurance and they denied her claim she had lost her keys that's why we picked up her car in the first place and her alarm was going off so that caused the battery to have died, Any questions please feel free to contact me.Thank you, [redacted] ###-###-####
