I am resending my statement to you since I have yet to hear back
12.222222328186px;">In Responds to case# ***A *** *** *** called us to advise that she had not received a gift card that a friend had bought for her for $We did find record of the gift card and advised her we could resend the card or even schedule her an appointment and honor it when she got hereShe advised she just wanted a refund, the receptionists told her we could not do that do to the fact we would need to speak to the person whom credit card it was or at least have the credit card information in order to process a refundShe was advised to call back in and speak to myself Deanna D*** with the information or have her friend call inI received a few emails from *** *** which I will forward to you this time in stead of trying to attach all of the informationAfter reading the emails you can clearly see I have reached out to her and advised her I have no problem processing a refundI just need the credit card information or to speak to her friend directlyThank youCan you please respond so I know that you did receive thisPlease expect three additional emails to support my caseDeanna D

I am rejecting this response because:
I called and asked about the card times before emailing HygeaI was told all three times they did NOT mail the card...soemthing to do with the mananger not being there and only handling ofifce issues two days a week and with problems with the postal service ?? I was told all times that I had to have the card in hand to be able to use it
I was also told that Deanna was the receptionist and could not help me I believe this response shows that she is the mananger and could have helped me from the startI was also informed n the very firrst call that they had all of the credit card info in their file and could verify that the purchase was valid...yet they still never sent the gift card and still kept telling me I had to have the card to be able to use it !!
If they knew they never sent the card ...why couldnt they have sent one out when I made the first call? Or have allowed me to come in without the card since they had all of the information and knew they didnt send a card out?
No one called me ....I did not get a response from anyone at Hygea until I emailed them after calling times I was extremely frustrated with the run around I was getting My complaint is validTo date .....they have not sent the gift card nor made any attempt to assume responsiblilty for the very poor customer service A dispute was filed with the credit card company due to services not being provided
